Aramex never delivers

On the 2nd of February GHA sent my package via ARAMEX. It was sent, according to their records as an overnight package. On the 15th of February I still have not received my package, when I asked the lady who sent it she says that Aramex claims I received it on the 9th already. The delivery address was for Musina yet on their records a John sighed for it in Polokwane. I still have not received my package - my delivery address on the package is correct, so too my contact number. They let me know that the ARAMEX driver will be in Musina to day and will see me, it is now almost 4pm and nobody has been here. This company did not even have the decency to phone me after I complained, they have no idea where my package is. How is this acceptable? I have screenshots of all their data before they try to change it.
