Aramex needs to stop doing deliveries!

I placed 2 shein orders together, the one I placed last has arrived through another courier. But the one I placed first through Aramex has been laying in Sandton JHB since 5th December. When I query when are they delivering, I get told its not in SA yet or it's on its way to me. However it shows it's in JHB they have just not picked it up and taken it to the JHB hub for delivery to CT. What amazes me is the different answers I get and when I prove them wrong they say oh sorry it was a miscommunication. This is not the first time, in fact it's the 3rd time this happens. I wish shein would stop using them as they are extremely expensive and very poor service delivery.
