Aramex & my long waiting shipment

I have brought five wireless headset on Alibaba December 2020 and they came to south africa on 14 December 2020 . It shocking that I haven't received my product. Now it's 23 January 2021!

I keep calling them and I will be told that I should leave my contact details. I have been complaining but no one is willing to help. The stop clerks don't even help nor give you feedback or bother answering your mail.

Am physically, mentally & emotional stressed due to Aramex. I have lost weight and probably I have been ****med by aramex south africa. I have fully paid alibaba and aramex also have been paid. I simply need my product. Alibaba has mark my shipment as the ABNORMAL shipping. Order number ***
