Aramex must just close shop

I have been waiting for my parcel from Aramex and nothing happened. I called the office to trace my parcel. Yesterday i was informed that the parcel will be delivered before 17:00 but until now nothing happened. I called the Pretoria branch but could not get an explanation or the exact date my parcel will be delivered. This company must just close shop and give the business to companies that has the best interest of the clients at heart.
