ARAMEX MUST FALL

Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star to continue this review but if it was up to me, they would get zero. My brother sent me a package from Durban to Johannesburg on the 17 August. He marked it as a cellphone. When we tracked the parcel it shows it was received in the Jhb branch on the 18th August and the description changed to documents. Today, we have been notified that the parcel has gone missing and all we get is an apology. Absolutely pathetic service. The cellphone was a brand new device that is worth over 10k. Aramex is the worst service provider with a bunch of ********* working for them. Do you think that "sorry for the inconvenience" is going to repay the debt for the cellphone? I don't even have words for how *********** you'll are.
