Aramex must fall

My Dr sent my medication through Aramex about 2 weeks back. And it has not yet been delivered. I was suppose to be on the medication a week ago. This whole week I’ve spent over R200 calling them for my parcel, each day they will say it is going to be delivered the next day. It’s been the same story since Monday, 8th is June 2020. Tracking number: DBP***. Now they’re not taking my calls.
