Aramex might have ****** my order.

Last month I ordered from HiFi Corporation and got my order delivered through Aramex. I had a problem with a driver that turned back with my order and refused to deliver it. I naturally reported the incident & now after making a second order, Aramex is not delivering my package. It seems like they are not delivering my order on purpose because of the last incident, because they received it on 17 June 2025 and the last update was that the order was out for delivery from Kimberly on 19 June 2025. I can not get any update on where my order is at and the company is not reachable. The drivers are really petty & Aramex has horrible customer service. I wish companies like HiFi would find better delivery companies because Aramex will make them lose customers. It seems like Aramex is not planning on delivering my order at all & I've spent a lot of money on it.
