ARAMEX LOST SHIPMENT - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Aramex lost a package of mine on the 24th of April. To date they still have not rectified it as their driver dropped it at my door and drove off. The package was most likely ******. TERRIBLE SERVICE - Especially from the customer service lady who was rude as hell and said they will not cover me at all and promptly hung up the phone on me. You wait about 20 mins to get through to a person instead of a pre-recorded response. Disgusting. Will never use them again - this is why I use the courier guy.

The lady said - “take us to small claims court, let’s see how far that gets you.” Shipment DBP***. Lost and worth R3000 Unfortunately I’ll never see that money, but at least I can warn others
