Aramex lost parcel

Had a unfortunate experience with there drop box service where my parcel went missing at there warehouse. After more than a month there was a update on there tracking system which indicated that the parcel is "returned to shipper". I phoned only to be told that the parcel is indeed missing and can not be found and that they would give me a complimentary sleeve...which is funny. They did search/logged a ticket for the missing parcel, but no luck in locating it. I know there was not a insurance option for the dropbox collections, it is just a shame that such a big company with such advance tracking and scanning points can not locate a parcel.

Some advice, rather do postnet. There is a insurance option and I have never had a package lost. And her is the kicker..... Aramex manages there deliveries. I will not roll the dice again.
