Aramex lost my parcel worth thousands!!

I posted shipment DBP*** on the 27th of October 8:55pm at Checkers Canal walk, the shipment was collected by Aramex as we were able to track it until it arrived in Sandton. The receiver was asked to come to collect her parcel a week later at their Sandton warehouse, she went to collect and waited 2 hours only to be told the parcel is missing. So the parcel did reach their Sandton branch but someone stole it from there and that someone is their employee. I want my parcel !!!!
