Aramex Lost my package

I used the Aramex drop box service almost 21 days ago and the package has still not landed at the receivers place. after multiple calls to aramex, and them not following up. they did call once when they needed to confirm the address for delivery as they were en-route. but since then no delivery and as of a few hours ago they say that the package is now lost and wont give me any further answers and refer me to the durban branch although JHB lost the package. JHB refuses to give me answers.
