Aramex loses parcel but I would use them again...

Due to various problems at the airports, my parcel containing attested documents required for my employment visa in Saudi Arabia en route from Pretoria to Cape Town went astray (I verified this personally, so it wasn't just PR tactics on the part of Aramex). Shayne Campher and Matthew Fisher at the Cape Town office went out of their way to track down a parcel that their office had never even taken custody of, contacting me multiple times a day to keep me apprised and even checking through the trucks themselves. Second to deliveries, this sort of resourcefulness and determination is what one values in a service provider.The package was ultimately located and the impending disaster averted.<br> <br> The level of customer care I experienced from these two fine individuals was of such a standard that I will overlook this unfortunate event and most certainly solicit Aramex's services in the future.
