Aramex loosing my clothes

Aramex was suppose to deliver my clothes yesterday on Monday, the clothes were from Shein. Now the rude lady that called me, i don’t even remember her name. She told me that Aramex truck has been hijacked and i have to follow up with shein. Mind you it’s their truck that got lost, until now they are not giving me any update on whether i will get refund or what is going to happen, they did not even at least send me an email explaining what really happened. I am so disappointed because i have spent a lot of money on my clothes and custom fee
