Aramex loosing goods and not accounting for it.. Worst customer service

Courierd my goods a month ago..goods were not delivered to 5days later I phone.. They said they couldn't find the address.. What's the use of writing cell phone numbers if they can't call..?? Fast forward 3wks later nothing... I requested for my goods to be returned... A 4weeks later after calling almost every day.. I was told that my goods were lost.. Aramex is by far the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with...
