Aramex living up to their reputation of being the worst courier in SA!

I purchased a laptop from Incredible Connection on 13 March. Aramex collected on the 14 March. Today the 30 March the laptop has still not been received. A person in Pretoria East contacted me to say Aramex has delivered 2 laptops to her. She got my details on the waybill. I sent her contact details to Aramex but up until today they still havent contacted her. I have emails requesting a status on the delivery addressed to *** and *** asking to advise. They refuse to respond to the many emails I have sent. I would like to forward the emails to a relevant manager at Aramex so that this can be resolved as matter of urgency. Please can a manager contact me so that I can forward my emails to them to resolve.
