Aramex Lies About Delivery – Terrible Service!

I am extremely disappointed with Aramex. My package has been “out for delivery” for two days, yet tracking falsely claims I was unavailable and my phone went to voicemail. This is a lie—my phone was on the entire time, and I never got a call. I called customer service, and one agent promised a re-delivery today, but when I followed up, another agent said there was no record of it. Aramex refuses to provide the driver’s contact and keeps making false promises. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid my customs fees immediately, yet I’m being delayed with excuses. I want my package delivered ASAP—no more lies!
