Aramex lies

VERY disappointed in Aramex. Received an sms yesterday that parcel can be expected before 12:00. By 14:30 I called them, and the excuse I got was that they have a lot of deliveries and they are prioritizing business addresses. But they assured me that they deliver until 19:00 so I waited. Nothing came, and when I tracked the parcel this morning it said "Attempted delivery but customer was unavailable" That is an outright lie!!!!!! I was available the whole damn day, no one came to the gate and no one tried to make contact. Is it company policy to lie like that to get out of doing your job??!
