Aramex Letdown

This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with, and I deal with plenty.

I imported a cycling computerised trainer with Aramax and they charged me under the incorrect import code so I paid a few thousand extra to receive my item. The charged me under trainers like the shoes. Before i paid over the money to them they would reply to my email almost immediately, once i started asking questions regarding the duties i would receive no reply. Eventually they rep**** to my mail after I got hold of them on face book and they said that they will send me through the corrected invoice though to me. I am still waiting. This has been going on for about a month. Please Please do yourself a favour and use another company because you will have problems with them.
