My waybill FLM*** has been sitting under "System Administrative Update" since Saturday 13 December 08:39. No update on my waybill since & no response on emails sent to enquire about the location of this shipment. To be noted is that this is the 2nd shipment of the same item as the first shipment was 'lost' in transit ...
