Aramex - Kimberley - Useless

Store to door parcel going from JHB to Kimberley. Main centre to Main Centre according to the sleeve. This means it will be delivered by 17:00 the next day. The next morning the parcel arrived at the Kimberley depot. Problem was that tracking showed parcel was marked as "Shipment Forwarded to Boyond/Remote Area Sorting Location". This was a problem as the parcel was going to a well known store in the city. I called Kimberley and relayed my concerns to the lady who answered the phone. I was told they deal with third party agents to deliver their parcels and the parcel would definitely be delivered by 5pm. Who was I to argue right? Sounded a bit odd (fobb off?) but yea. I also had started a chat on the chat bot thing. Spoke to an agent called Julia, who took an ice age to reply and only rep**** much later when I was away from my phone. Apologising for the delay as she was chatting with other customers that took a long time and that the parcel would be delivered by close of business. Well guess what??? Status never changed until the next day when it was back at processing at the Hub. This morning I tried calling Kimberley and no one was able to pick up the phone.... and I started a chat... but surprise surpise I got Julia again! Again she has told me to hold on while she gets the tracking info and there I wait another ice age... 34 minutes and counting... Now the tracking has updated to "Shipment Forwarded to Boyond/Remote Area Sorting Location". Never got a reply from Julia. Now tried calling Kimberley and actually managed to get through. I was told that parcel will definitely be delivered today. That driver broke down yesterday and thet the tracking update "Shipment Forwarded to Boyond/Remote Area Sorting Location" is just the way it is. Not "out for deliver" like every other tracking update. Clearly Kimberley are not capable of of logging their tracking. I was told it was a programing problem and it is the way it is. This is a frustrating courier service to use. I am using up the sleeves I have purchased and finding another agent. It will not make a jot to Aramex - loosing my business, but if you are reading this - don't use these chops - they are absolutely useless!
