Aramex Johannesburg must fall poor service

I just lost a client because of Aramex it's been 3days waiting for my order the delivery guy called me yesterday to say he will be delivering the parcel and I cleared my schedule waited the whole day and my parcel never arrived. I tried calling it took for ever to get hold of them and finally I did the lady said it will be delivered before 5pm but nothing came through.. today I'm trying to call them no one is picking and when I tracked my parcel online it says delivery attempted client was not available and that's a big a lie.. when I cleared my schedule for them and they never delivered.. this is totally *******. Now I have to refund a client but they wont refund me for late delivery.. poor service
