Aramex Jhb, SA - BAD service delivery

I sent my parcel with Aramex (Jhb to Jhb) on the Mon 08 of June 2020 with - DBP*** and today is 15 of June 2020 they still haven’t delivered my parcel?? When I tried to phone their call centre they don't answer or tell me lies and say they will deliver it today, and today became forever waiting, am not happy at all because they are not delivering what they promised. Am not getting help from their side that’s why I ended up here.
