Aramex is wort Courier Company in South Africa - Still waiting

I have used your company in 2015 and told myself never ever again. Here i find myself with the same problem with no feedback/late delivery and not even someone that can give me an aswer on the status or what they need. I have had 2 other parcels send the same time as my aramex parcel from DHL and FEDEX and it's already delivered and they communicate. I WANT someone high up phoning me asap on PARCEL nr ********** 1974. This is unexecptable
