Aramex is utterly useless!!!!

I am mortified at the service Aramex offer. I have been waiting for a delivery since Monday with close to no communication from them. Instead I get emails about my delivery being reschedules over and over without explanation, what is worse I am only at work to receive this delivery. I have been on leave since Friday last week. Their service is beyond appalling! I am never, ever using their services and if a company wants to use them to deliver good to me, they will not have a sale from me.
