Aramex is useless when it comes to doing their designated job

I have had a overnight delivery from Aramex that was picked up on the 7th of September. It is the 9th now and it is still at their sorting facility with no updates to the weigh-bill whatsoever. I spoke to a lady earlier that said she does not understand what is going on and why it has not been moved yet. I am still waiting for her to give me a call back
