Aramex is useless

This company is useless honestly, what is on the tracking system is not what the call center agents say. The last time I got an update it was saying cleared from customs on the 5th of December 2023 but when I called the agent she said my order is not in South Africa, I called again and the other agent said my order arrived on the 10th of December 2023. How is a parcel cleared before it arrives? ARAMEX IS USELESS, HIRE *********** RUDE PEOPLE AND DOES NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUS.
