Aramex is useless and impossible to get any feedback

Been waiting for 9 days for an overnight parcel sent from PicknPay counter to Door delivery. Dispatched 1 July, not hear yet on 9 July. Their track and trace gives information "parcel out for delivery" but has had this same status since 6 July There is no answer when you call the office. At least put on a message that allows user to understand what the problem is. Their online query system is useless - no response in 3 days Useless. Will never use them again
