Aramex is Useless

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

I received a broken item ( for the second time) on December 18th. I've emailed and called Aramex only to have the phone be put down on me and none of my emails responded to.

I've posted countless times on Facebook only to be told that someone will call me. I'm still awaiting a call. Their Facebook remarks are rude as well.

This is not the first time I've received such shocking customer service from this company.
