Aramex is useless

My partner and I have been waiting for an Aramex delivery for more than 5 days which is way past the turnaround delivery time. I'm extremely upset by their unprofessionalism and poor service. I'm never again using their services. The worst part is that each time I call their office they've been saying the driver is on the way for the past 5 days.
