ARAMEX IS USELESS!!!

I have a parcel of mine that is help up at Aramex center, it has be 3 weeks onw. I have been calling almost everyday I find out what is the hold up. The call center agents are not helpful at all. They make me hold the line transferring of one agent to another until they disconnect my call. This is every upsetting because I paid tons of money to Aramex to deliver my parcel but the ****py service is very disappointing!! ARAMEX IS USELESS!!!
