Aramex Is Unreliable

Paid for overnight delivery on Thursday. Delivery should have occurred on Friday, it is now Tuesday!- no delivery!!!!!! Sure Monday was elections but still, their ****py tracking system just says "Current activity Shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility and will be updated once ready for collection/delivery". What does that even mean???

Will I get a discount? A refund? When will my urgent delivery happen...no idea, they don't answer phones, their website asks for an onerous amount of irrelevant, personal information just so you can ask about your parcel!

Avoid Postnet and Aramex!
