Aramex is unaccountable

I couriered a parcel on 1 May 2021, till today it has not arrived at its destination . I then called them out on fb and they responded saying they have tracked my parcel on the system but amazingly the actual parcel cannot be located . They never make the effort to contact me instead i have to chase after them. Till now they say they are waiting for their risk team to make a declaration about the parcel. Meanwhile my business is suffering and my clients are seeking alternatives
