Dear Mr Chengeta
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
I have confirmation that both the Customer Care Manger in Johannesburg as well as the Imports Manager have assisted you on 13 October with the complaint, and that the shipment was delivered on 14 October 2016.
It is important to note that if a supplier under-declares a shipment as they did in this instance, it will attract penalties from Customs on entering South Africa, in addition to VAT & duties payable.
We regret the subsequent delay experienced.
Best regards
