Aramex is TRASH!

So I was supposed to have received a package a week ago. I called on Wednesday to trace and was told they are using a third party to deliver and will get back to me. Today is Friday and no one has gotten back to me, and everytime I call, no one seems to know what is going on or when my package will be delivers. Why pay for a service and not get what you paid for?? I am so mad as I need th epackage long time ago!! FIX this!! I need my package TODAY!
