Aramex is trash

I am actually going to make it my personal mission to ensure that I let as many people I know about how incredibly terrible this service is.

I sent a parcel on overnight courier 2days ago. It was not delivered the morning after (as promised), I spent the whole evening and morning trying to reach the jhb & pta office but nobody would answer.

I was finally assisted by some one in the jhb office who informed me my parcel was out on delivery and should reach the person by noon. My brother then calls me 40 min later to say a third party company called him to say they will only deliver tomorrow (day3).

How does this make any sense?
