ARAMEX IS TOTALLY USELESS

How much longer must I wait for ANY feedback on my parcel. My parcel was collected in CT on 07/01/2026. It was out for delivery in JHB on 09/01/2026 and then the next update on 09/01/2026 "was forgotten load at warehouse". There have been no updates since then. The matter was escalated and I keep getting promised that someone will contact me. I'm still waiting! The WhatsApp chat is useless, I need to speak to a person who will take responsibility for this and fix it.
