ARAMEX IS THE WORST YOU'LL NEVER #WIN

Aramex is so *********** and I am disappointed at how they deal with customers. I've been waiting my parcel today marks a whole month, tracking status takes forever to change, i have to personally make endless call for them to update tracking. It then takes another week, another call and in competency of the call center agents whom, trust me you'll never #WIN with one. I asked for a full detailed email on the progress of my parcel and my complaint, the agent agreed to send the information but, these no #WIN when dealing with Aramex. IAM STILL WAITING... THE AGENT REFUSED TO GIVE ME CONTACT DETAILS OF THEIR DEPARTMENT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. ARAMEX IS THE WORST
