ARAMEX IS THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!! DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE TRASH!!!
I've been waiting for my parcel since September, I ordered my stuff from Amazon, the shipment arrived at Aramex office in Jonnesburg since Sept 25th with no update at all. I've been calling them NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE DAMN PHONE! Sent emails, they asked for some documents which I provided since 3 weeks ago, up until now there's no update!! they are not responding to my emails anymore!! I don't even know why a reputable company like Amazon is using them!!

03 Dec 2021, 08:32Daren Naidoo, from the Stops Clerk department has been ignoring my emails since last week. he asked me to provide proof of payment which I did 2 weeks ago, since then, he's not providing an update, I've sent numerous emails to him but he just doesn't bother responding!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!!
