Aramex is the worst of the worst

The worst courier company ever. I ordered clothing from SHEIN, on the 29 Oct 2021 then on the website it shows that the clothing arrived at OR Tambo on the 14 Nov 2021.. expected delivery date would be the 17-20Nov 2021. Till to date I have not received my parcel. Today I finally call Aramex Customs clearance. I was answered by this rude lady who was of NO HELP even hung up on me.. Can SHEIN please stop using this courier company because my last order was delivered by Buffalo logistics and there were no issues. I still don’t have my order and I can’t even get assistance from Aramex.
