Aramex is the worst ever, no respect and they are rude

I was supposed to receive my parcel last week Friday, someone from the distribution centre in rustenburg calls me and ask if I can come pick it up, I asked why cause I've paid to be delivered on my door, they then said "OK o tla e kreya tomorrow" meaning fine you will get it Saturday, knowing exactly that they don't deliver on Saturday, I've been calling and calling but no response, I'm still waiting, their service is the pits, I hate them nxa
