Aramex is the worst don't even use them to ship your goods

Aramex is the worst courier company ever and their stuff doesn't assist at all two times now Ive had to call them countless times for them to just clear customs fees after I had paid, they kept saying they didn't receive proof of payment when I sent them emails with the proof countless time, this has affected my business so much as I had to be on hold because they were keeping my goods even after I paid them Im very disappointed at one point I even wanted to cry because I don't understand why they do this, why don't they follow up on orders and make sure that people get their goods on time... I hate this company with my all and I wish i could speak with the person who owns it, I really wish the company I purchase goods from would really stop using this useless courier they don't care about their customers at all its like they are doing you a favor, very ***********!!!!
