Aramex is the worst courier service

I've ordered things from China other couriers like fastway delivered quickly but as for Aramex...it seems like I have to wait for my parcel up until a month or two n the tracking app is slow...my parcel is jst seated at the airport.if they DNT like their job why don't they let fastway show them how it's done.i ordered last week n fastway delivered for me quickly but Aramex since I ordered on de 23 oct n they got my parcel on the 2 Nov up until now it's sitted on one place.noy moving.its stressful bcs my daughter's graduation clothes are in those packages
