Aramex is the worst courier service

This has got to be the most useless courier company around with the most *********** people. Second time now I dropped off a parcel and its over a week and not collected.No one answers and when you finally manage to get a hold of someone after 45 minutes you are told they will escalate and call you back. I spoke to two different people last week..finally got someone to give me his email address so I can show him my waybill and now I await feed back as this is still not collected.
