ARAMEX IS THE WORST COURIER IN SA

DO NOT USE!!! This is the worst courier company in SA. Sent a parcel using the store-to-door facility from PnP, 9 business days later parcel has not been delivered, no answers have been given, no updates since upliftment on tracking portal, there are no contact numbers to speak to anyone and when you try to chat to a service agent on whatsapp you are ignored. Be WARNED, they do not care.
