Aramex is the worst courier ever

Aramex is ****.. My parcel has been stuck in customs since March 2020.. They suddenly sent me an invoice illustrating that I must pay R1400.. Custom clearance charges.. I did that using their nedbank.. They since went quite on me till today .. They are nolonger responding to my emails.. HmThis is frustrating.
