Aramex is the worst courier company

Package was sent to me on 19 July 2022 from business Niccis accessories in Pretoria. The record was created 19/07/2022. It reached Kimberley in the Northern Cape on 20/07/2022. According to website delivery was to be 21/07/2022. This was the lsst activity regarding my package on their website. It only said attempted delivery - delivery rescheduled for next business day. I did not receive my package and contacted their watsap number. From the 26 of July I get the same responses. Either it is that my delivery is escalated or that they informed their management and that management is working on the problem. As of yet NOTHING has been done. No feedback, no package. NOTHING!!
