ARAMEX IS THE WORST COURIER!!

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER....THE absolute WORST courier services I have ever come across! waiting for a parcel that left its original destination on the 23rd November to date nothing has arrived! I have been calling and being put through from pillar to post with waiting periods of almost 30 minutes in between for the past week! different stories on where this parcel is and when I can expect it. email address was captured incorrectly at some stage and I was told that they are awaiting payment for customs now I am being told it has not arrived in the country when I can see that it's sitting somewhere in JHB with a status saying "Shipment Cleared – On it's way to Aramex Destination Facility". This is how peoples items get ****** or broken into! NEVER AGAIN! If I could give it a below 1 rating I would give -10!
