Aramex is the worst company ever

My parcel was dropped off at Caltex bird garage in pietermaritzburg on the 27th and since then I've had to fight with aramex to get updates only to find out it was only picked up on Friday the 29th of November after 4pm and now when I tell them that they *****ed up and that they need to deliver it on Saturday they then give me such attitude and excuses. These people have the worst customer service in history. I would suggest that no one ever uses them again ever
