Aramex is the worst

I have been waiting for my order for the past three days. They **** and said they attempted to deliver and could not reach me. This morning I received an sms that the items would be delivered between 8am and 5pm, the time now is 22:01 and when I track it says it is out for delivery. This is the worse service ever.
