Aramex is the worst

I sent out a package on the 24th of June, today it's the 20th of July. It will be a month in four days since I sent my package and it hasn't been delivered. Every time I call I always hold for over 20min, on the 18th of July I finally got through and I was told my case would be escalated. I sent an email on the 6th that hasn't been responded to till date. Their customer service is appalling and it's as if they don't realize that they are messing with people's livelihoods, this is how I make an extra income and they are sabotaging my business by delaying my deliveries. If they can't deliver my package can they at least pick up their phones or respond to emails so I can arrange to have my package picked up or returned back to me so I can use another courier company that will take me and my business seriously.
